Supervision
„The world becomes human through our ability to talk about it.“
Hannah Arendt
Supervision deals with work-related issues and their solutions. Topics are considered and reflected on from different points of view. This creates new perspectives and approaches to solutions.
Supervision is especially suitable for individuals, groups and teams who want to deal with work-related issues in a confidential setting. This makes it possible to expand one’s own professional scope of action. Teams communicate better, grow closer and deal with challenges better.
Supervision aims to maintain the supervisees‘ ability to work and to increase job satisfaction. In this way, it makes an important contribution to healthy working and burnout prevention.
I offer this counseling format in German and English.

Coaching
„Those who understand can (sometimes) do magic.“
Hans-Georg Trescher
Coaching is aimed at people in leadership positions, individual entrepreneurs and people in the early stages of their career. By reflecting on one’s own professional role, one’s professional actions become clear. The scope for action expands and changes become possible. Coaching is therefore particularly suitable for people going through phases of professional change.
In individual, team or group settings, we work on improving your own professional performance on the basis of jointly agreed objectives.
I coach in German and in English.
With language coaching for English, I offer a special form of support. Language coaching helps to prepare for special tasks such as presentations, facilitations etc. in English. This is particularly suitable for people who have not actively used English for some time and is tailored to individual needs.
Writing counseling
„Writing means looking at your own thoughts.“
Antje Rávik Strubel
Writing is a special challenge. What do you actually want to say? And what is the best way to say it?
Writing counseling supports individuals, groups or teams in the implementation of a wide variety of writing projects. Special writing techniques provide support in overcoming the many challenges. The focus is on the individual writing process, which can vary greatly from person to person and therefore requires a customized approach. I work according to the motto: “Make plans for who you are, not for who you want to be.”
I offer writing counseling and training in German and in English.
In selected cases, I also proofread and translate (German and English). Prices and exact conditions are available upon request.

Process Facilitation
„It’s not about controlling the process, it’s about empowering people to find their own way.“
— Margaret J. Wheatley
Process facilitation supports people or organizations in change or development processes. It is an important element in corporate or team development, in the introduction of new working methods or in change management (e.g. curriculum revisions).
I am the neutral partner who facilitates, structures and accompanies the process. My aim is to help those involved to achieve their plans, overcome challenges and implement the process sustainably. My task is to ensure that goals are clearly defined, to support conflict resolution if needed and to encourage reflection. The focus is not only on the result. It is also about dealing with the process itself in order to promote learning and further development of the participants and the organization.
Training
„Those who keep doing what they can already do remain what they already are.“ Henry Ford
Training is a targeted format that teaches specific skills for professional and personal development. I place particular emphasis on the practical orientation and direct applicability of the content.
I offer training in the areas of writing and diversity competence.
In writing training courses, I take into account the participants‘ previous knowledge and provide tailored content to develop their writing skills in the desired area (professional or academic writing).
In diversity skills training, I aim to foster an understanding of individual differences and varied perspectives. The sessions highlight issues such as discrimination, stereotypes, and unconscious biases and provide tools for diversity-sensitive communication. Interactive exercises promote a respectful approach to differences and strengthen collaboration in diverse teams.
